Are you insured?
Absolutely! We carry a $1,000,000 general liability policy and a $1,000,000 liquor liability policy.

Are your bartenders certified?
Yes! All our bartenders have completed a training program and have been certified to serve by the Oklahoma ABLE commission.

Who brings the alcohol?
We allow our clients to purchase their own alcohol or we can provide the alcohol. If you need help we can put together a shopping list and make recommendations regarding alcohol types, quantities, and retailers. We can pickup and transport your alcohol to the event location.

What areas do you serve?
We are based out of Oklahoma City and happily serve throughout Oklahoma. There may be a small travel charge for locations further than 2 hours outside of Oklahoma City.

Do you require a deposit?
We require a deposit of 50% to reserve your date. The full amount is due 14 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable.

Is the gratuity/tip included in the quote or invoice?
No, the host can choose to tip the bartenders directly and/or allow the bartenders to display a tip jar at the event. We understand that tip jars may not be appropriate at every event. Please let us know if you would rather tip bartenders directly.

Can you be at my event on short notice?
Yes, as long as we have the staff and equipment available. We have worked many events with just a few days notice. However, we recommend booking your event far in advance to ensure availability.

What do the bartenders wear?
Our standard uniform consists of black slacks and a black button up shirt. We can accommodate requests if you have a preference. Other options may include white button up shirts, polos, and dresses.
